“Ivantsa Boncheva” Guest house was built on the site of a collapsed residential building and has not been declared an immovable cultural property. The house was built for the creative and recreational base of the Gabrovo District Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party in the early 80s of the 20th century. The construction is massive – reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs, and brick walls. The roof is wooden, four-pitched, covered with stone slabs. In the last 10 years, the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated. The roof has been partially repaired, the interior and exterior plasters have been repainted, and the visible wooden elements have been impregnated. The main installations have also been partially modernized.
