The house was inherited by Tsana Mihova from her husband Ivan Petrov, and his father – Petar Dimov. There is no exact information from whom the house was built. The construction methods used suggest that it was built in 1800 or earlier. Evidence for that is the fact that half of the house has a plank construction. In the past, the ceilings were with visible joists, and the floors were clay. Now the ceilings are wtih wood carvings, and shingles and the floors are wooden. “Tsana Mihova” Guest house is one of the oldest buildings in Bojentsi. It was restored in the period between 1963 – 1964.
